You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Licensure/certification requirements vary by state/local.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
