Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team dedicated to improving lives through ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design interventions, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care for clients across settings. We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive environment, and opportunities for growth, with compensation transparency and access to extensive in-house CEUs and annual conferences.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
