Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure ethical, effective care for clients across homes, schools, and community settings. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
