Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization delivering ABA services with a focus on ethical, person-centered care.

We seek compassionate BCBAs to design and supervise behavior intervention plans, train staff, and collaborate with families to improve outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Qualifications

Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
Local and state licensure/credentialing requirements apply to all roles.
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to team members and family members.
Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce behavior and build skills.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
