Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is hiring a BCBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and work with families to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
