Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise assistants, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes ethics, data-driven decision making, and flexible scheduling to support both clients and the analyst. Will travel to client sites as needed; full-time, on-site positions available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in developing and overseeing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to ensure outcomes.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
