Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team focused on ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design, supervise, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality interventions across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, data-driven treatment planning, and adherence to BACB guidelines. PBS offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans for success.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
