Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team.

Our BCBAs design and oversee ABA services, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality interventions for clients with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs and staff, collaborating with families, collecting data, and maintaining BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
