Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA or BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure high‑quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with the BACB.
• Associated degree in a related field.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff including RBTs and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS ethical guidelines.
