Job summary

PBS is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor RBTs and staff across home, school, and community settings to deliver high-quality care.

We emphasize evidence-based interventions, ethical practice, and collaborative families, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and access to in-house tools for scheduling and BIP development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure and credentials per local/state requirements; ability to travel to client locations.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans for outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
