Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise assistants and RBTs, and ensure ethical, client-centered care across home, school, or community settings. Responsibilities include FBAs, treatment planning, data analysis, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• FBAs experience and development of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBTs.
• Ethical, BACB-aligned practice in all settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise team members and coordinate with families and schools.
• Implement ABA services across home, school and community settings.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to improve client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
