Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver ethical, effective care in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to team members, including RBTs and analysts.
Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
