Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required or in good standing.
• Experience supervising and mentoring Behavior Assistants, RBTs and Student Analysts.
• Ability to design and oversee ABA programs and analyze data.
• Commitment to ethical, BACB-guideline-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
