Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a collaborative team committed to ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services across client settings.

The role emphasizes family-centered care, supportive supervision, and opportunities for growth, with a focus on work-life balance and competitive compensation. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required for clinical practice.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
