Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services in home, school, or community settings.

You will supervise and mentor staff, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines while partnering with families to achieve lasting quality of life improvements. Full-time roles with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree
• Licensure, credentialing and certification per local/state requirements
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel to client locations
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with basic physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
