Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor Behavior Assistants, RBTs and analysts, and ensure ethical, evidence-based care for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members and collaborate with families

Responsibilities

• Designing and overseeing ABA programs and FA/BAs
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Assistants, RBTs and analysts
• Ensuring high-quality ABA services across home, school, or community settings
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adapt treatment plans
• Ensuring adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies
