Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Related degree required for eligibility.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in home, school or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs across settings prioritizing reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
