Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a field such as ABA, psychology, or education is preferred.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
