Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB and PBS ethical guidelines.
