Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services for individuals with behavioral challenges.

The role focuses on designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality therapy across home, school, and community environments. PBS emphasizes flexible scheduling and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Able to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
