Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. The role focuses on designing and supervising behavior intervention plans, mentoring staff, and ensuring ethical, client-centered care across settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Roles require local/state licensure, credentialing, and certification as applicable.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and support staff.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs across home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
