Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead behavioral services. You design and oversee intervention plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure ethical, evidence-based care for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will collaborate with families, ride along in client visits, and mentor teammates while advancing life-changing outcomes under BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients and families to apply PBS principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
