Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality services for clients. You will work with families, schools, and communities to promote skill development and behavior reduction.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven planning, and collaboration across disciplines, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and professional growth within PBS.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
