• Knowledge of food production techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Fry donuts, apply toppings, and decorate pastries and bread as needed.
• Carry out kitchen operations and production tasks.
• Bake recipes and prepare all desserts.
• Perform general oven duties and check dough conditioner.
• Prepare all materials and ingredients for production.
• Scale and shape all breads, loaves, and pastries.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work station and kitchen.
• Prioritize and complete daily baking tasks.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic workplace for staff and guests.
• Receive, stock, and store food properly.
• Inform supervisors when equipment issues arise and manage low supplies.
• Complete production, usage, and waste reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
