Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Flexible Acuity Unit at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. This full-time day-shift position (36 hrs/week) offers shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide professional nursing care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Indiana RN license and BSN within five years or certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN is required for the role and Indiana RN license is necessary.
• BSN degree within five years or certification in specialty area is preferred.
• Documentation and clinical ladder participation are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services and assess patient needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with clinical and ancillary staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within guidelines and protocols.
• Support continuity of safe care across the care continuum.
