Beacon Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. This is a full-time, night shift position (7p–7:30a) on the Critical Department, 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week).

The role emphasizes delivering professional nursing care, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes. Indiana RN license required; ASN required, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or eligibility.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BSN must be obtained within five years if hired after Jan 1, 2014.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services and assess patient needs.
• Initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interprofessional staff to deliver quality care.
• Document assessments and outcomes within guidelines.

Education

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
