Beacon Health System is hiring a full-time day-shift Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care Center at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. You will report to the Manager of the Intermediate Care Center and provide professional nursing services, assessing patient needs and implementing individualized plans of care.

This role requires a BSN and an active Indiana RN license; CSU within five years may be pursued for specialty certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Current Indiana RN license.
• Option to obtain specialty certification or BSN within five years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in the Intermediate Care Center.
• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care.
