Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a part-time, day-shift Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Department at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. This 0.6 FTE role (24 hrs/wk) covers day shifts with a 7:00 am to 7:30 pm schedule.

RN with ASN required; BSN preferred and Indiana licensure is mandatory. The position offers benefits and professional development opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice as an RN in Indiana.
• BSN within five years or be eligible for specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to provide quality care.
• Perform priority high-risk procedures safely and efficiently.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes within guidelines.
• Maintain and update care plans based on patient data and response to treatment.
