Beacon Health System is hiring a full-time, night-shift Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float Department at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. This role is 0.9 FTE (36 hrs/wk) with Nights 7p-7:30a.

As a RN, you will provide professional nursing services, assess patient needs, and collaborate with the care team to develop and evaluate individualized plans of care. Required: ASN; Indiana RN license; BSN within five years for those hired after 2014 or certification in specialty.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license.
• BSN within five years of employment for those hired after Jan 1, 2014, or be certified in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services and assess patient needs.
• Develop and evaluate individualized plans of care with the care team.
• Collaborate with interprofessional staff to ensure quality care.
