Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans, collect progress data, and work closely with supervising BCBAs and families to support skill development.

Requirements include an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and experience with autism. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered for a full-time position in Nebraska.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligible to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
