Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, track progress with clinical software, and work closely with supervising BCBAs and families to support consistent skill development.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus
Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
