Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision, with data collection and collaboration with families and clinicians.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a High School Diploma or equivalent, and have experience with autism.

Formación

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligible to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
