Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision, track progress, and collaborate with BCBA teams and families to promote meaningful skill development.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and prior experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
