Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You’ll implement individual behavior plans, collect progress data, and work closely with supervising BCBA and families to promote consistent skill generalization.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility) and a HS diploma; a Bachelor’s in psychology or education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervisor.
• Record accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
