Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data with clinical software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and BCBAs to support skill development, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• As an RBT, work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate real-time progress data using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions
