Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in Nebraska. You will implement behavior plans designed by supervising BCBAs, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful skills.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
