Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervision. You will provide therapy, collect data, and contribute to progress reports.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, supporting skill development, and collaborating with a BCBA and clinical team. A flexible schedule and strong onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
