Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and sharing progress with the clinical team. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
