Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and support skill development while reporting progress to the clinical team. The position offers afternoon hours with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
