Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and help promote positive behavior while coordinating with a clinical team. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for RBT certification support are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
