Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior support plans and support clients in skill development and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• Current CPR certification (renewable every two years).
• Ability to maintain and update personal liability insurance annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine and execute effective behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by the BACB and company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews.
• Upload updated credentials to the Medicaid portal as required.
