Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and collaborate with a clinical team to track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and pathways to grow in ABA and behavioral health. RBT certification support is provided for those pursuing credentialing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Experience in nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional roles is a plus.
