Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The role offers flexible scheduling and strong supervision.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA direction, track progress, and contribute to data collection while supporting skill development and positive behavior. RBT certification can be obtained with employer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Relevant prior experience (nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional) can be a good fit.
