Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and sharing progress with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
• Interest in behavioral health and growth in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
