Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include collecting data, following plans, and collaborating with a clinical team to track progress and adjust strategies. We offer flexible scheduling and support to complete RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Interest in behavioral health and working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working in home, school, and clinic settings with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• If you love working with children or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional, you may be an excellent fit.
