Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Flexible schedule and the chance to grow in ABA and behavioral health are offered.

You'll provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and share progress with the clinical team, with support to complete RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
