Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under a BCBA supervision.

You’ll join a supportive team with growth opportunities in ABA and behavioral health, and we’ll help you pursue RBT certification if needed, in a flexible, after-school friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18+ years old or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health and helping children.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with families and school/clinic teams.
