Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• Work with children in home, school, or clinic settings
