Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collaborate with a clinical team and document progress to support each child’s development.

The role offers a flexible schedule, supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with potential to complete or advance your RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
• Basic interest in behavioral health and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Experience or background as a caregiver, nanny, teacher, or paraprofessional is a plus.
