Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Flexible scheduling and strong supervision provide a supportive environment for your professional growth.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$30 per hour and support to complete your RBT certification if needed, with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and data collection preferred.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Previous nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional experience may be a good fit.
